Brilla was born from a story, a contrast, and a question:

What if every kid could have the same chance I had?

Our founder, Gabrielle Privitera, grew up in Venezuela playing in dust fields, without much resources but with heart.

But everything changed when he moved to the U.S. and stepped into a world full of opportunities, gear, and professional support.

The difference was overwhelming and unforgettable.

And with that new access, something beautiful happened.

He began donating gear to his former soccer team back home from the programs he was part of—things others weren’t using but could mean everything to a kid elsewhere. This wasn’t a nonprofit. It wasn’t structured. It was simply a response from the heart.

A response to the memory of a first pair of cleats.
A response to the feeling of belonging to a team.
A response to the question: Why not share this with others?

That spark grew into a movement—Brilla.

⚡About The Founder

Gabrielle Privitera was born in Ciudad Ojeda, Venezuela, where football wasn’t just a sport, it was an outlet and his motivation to keep going. He grew up playing in dust fields with big dreams.

At 16, he moved to the United States and continued his journey in a new world, one where talent wasn’t always enough, and opportunity was often a matter of access, not effort.

Through football, Gabrielle earned college scholarships, played at a high level, and saw firsthand how the system often overlooks the most deserving players, not because they lack skill, but because they lack visibility, support, or guidance.

Over time, he realized that football isn’t just a path to a contract, it’s a powerful tool for discovering your purpose, building character, and unlocking your potential.

As a content creator with over 200k Followers, Gabrielle has helped thousands of young players and parents across Latin America and the U.S. through his educational and motivational content.

His message is clear: it's not just about becoming a pro, it's about becoming your best self through the game.

Today, Gabrielle is focused full-time on growing Brilla and he continues to use social media to educate and inspire, while Brilla allows him to go beyond the screen and create real-world impact, one story, one player, one spark at a time.
